Magnetic Inspection Laboratory continues to invest in the people, equipment and infrastructure required to support the growing needs of the aerospace and defense industries. MIL has a long history of supporting mission-critical components and offers customers an extensive combination of special processing and inspection capabilities, including non-destructive testing, chemical processing, metal finishing, coatings, welding and other specialized services. MIL currently maintains Nadcap accreditations in chemical processing, surface enhancement, non-destructive testing and welding, along with AS9100, ISO 9001 and countless direct approvals. As demand across the aerospace and defense supply chain continues to evolve, MIL is focused on providing customers with the capacity, technical expertise, quality and responsiveness required to support increasingly complex programs. Our current facility expansion and planned investments represent the next step in that strategy.

Jim brings more than 25+ years of experience in the metal processing industry, with extensive leadership experience in operations, business development, strategic growth and serving demanding aerospace, defense and industrial markets. Magnetic Inspection Laboratory, Inc. (MIL) is excited to announce the continued expansion of our Elk Grove Village campus with the addition of our new facility at 1335 Greenleaf Avenue. This expansion represents another significant investment in MIL’s future and our commitment to supporting the evolving needs of our customers. The additional space will allow MIL to increase capacity, improve operational flow, invest in new technology and equipment, and continue expanding the capabilities we provide to the aerospace, defense and industrial markets.
